Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory control across pharmacy operations, drive root-cause analyses, and standardize processes for receiving, movement, and disposition. You will build dashboards, mentor the team, and partner with Ops, Procurement, and Finance to strengthen controls.

Travel up to 25% is required; remote work options may be available. The role emphasizes audits, system improvements, and scalable inventory programs in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory data and process docs.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and cycle-counts.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
