Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs across pharmacy operations. You will analyze data, establish standardized processes, and monitor KPIs while partnering with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.

The role emphasizes training, system improvements, and support for audits, expansions, and new locations. Travel up to 25% is expected; remote work is noted in postings as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using transactions and process data.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and reporting tools.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations (physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations).
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards/reports highlighting risks and trends; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead training for inventory staff and support audits and new location rollouts.
