Job summary

Remote Raven seeks a Communications Coordinator to be the connective tissue between leadership, office staff and field crews. You will own the intranet, craft announcements, and translate office decisions into mobile-friendly messages for field teams.

You will manage the communications calendar, ensure tone and clarity, and coordinate with departments to keep messages accurate and timely across nine brands. Remote role, US hours.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English, written and spoken.
• 2+ years in an internal communications, marketing or content coordination role.
• Experience writing for a professional audience: announcements, policy communications, operational updates or similar.
• Plain language instinct: rewrite complex information for quick understanding.
• Strong editorial eye: catch grammar, inconsistencies and formatting issues.
• Tone sensitivity: adapt writing for leadership, staff and field crews.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Hands-on with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Ability to manage a communications calendar across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the company intranet on SharePoint, keep content current and accessible.
• Draft, format and send company-wide announcements for leadership.
• Translate office decisions into clear messages for field crews via mobile platforms.
• Maintain a communications calendar planning recurring and one-time announcements.
• Ensure messages are accurate, timely and compliant with approvals.
