Crystal Equation Corporation seeks an experienced Internal Communications Manager to support our apps. You will work with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and global teams to inform, inspire, and connect employees to our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of dedicated internal communications experience.
• Experience counseling and influencing senior executives.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for leaders across our apps.
• Flex across app orgs as priorities shift, ramping quickly on unfamiliar subject matter.
• Provide proactive and reactive messaging to support key initiatives and program rollouts.
• Write and develop messaging on organizational strategy, product launches, and milestones.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Operations, etc. to ensure consistent messaging.
• Help manage internal forums and events (All Hands, Q&A) including executive messaging.

Education

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field

6+ years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields
