Job summary

HRSTalentSolutions is seeking an Interview Material Coordinator for a remote, full-time role. You will ensure interview packets are current, select the correct information, and distribute materials to candidates and interviewers through our online process.

This position focuses on version control, accurate time zones, delivery tracking, and adherence to confidentiality rules. Recruiting experience is helpful but not required; training is provided on the applicant system and procedures.

• Employer will train beginners on its applicant system and confidentiality rules.

Responsibilities

• Review the confirmed interview and select the current approved materials for the correct role and stage.
• Send candidate-facing and internal materials to permitted recipients; record delivery status and flag undelivered messages.
• Remove or replace a superseded item under the recruiter's instruction.
• Check dates, time zones, names, and meeting links.
