Blue Water Thinking, LLC is seeking an Interoperability Project Manager to support FEHRM-related HTM interface work for VA facilities. You will coordinate multiple sites, collaborate with Oracle Health and vendors, and ensure milestones are met across a national program.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with healthcare interfaces, HTM operations, and strong coordination/communication skills, with travel about a week every 2 months.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with healthcare interfaces, HTM operations, or healthcare systems deployment.
• Experience coordinating projects across technical, clinical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to follow technical discussions and recognize workflow impacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interface planning, schedules, dependencies, testing, and milestones.
• Participate in interface discussions with Oracle Health, facility teams, and specialists.
• Document impacts of issues on testing or deployment milestones and escalate as needed.
• Track decisions, risks, actions, and owners across facilities.
• Translate discussions into meeting notes and leadership briefings.
• Coordinate follow-up among Biomedical Engineering, clinicians, and vendors.
• Support interface work through planning, testing, deployment, and post-deployment.
• Adhere to VHA processes and federal healthcare technology standards.
