Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Recent hospital HTM or healthcare deployment experience.
• Experience coordinating across technical, clinical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to identify readiness concerns and escalate clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate HTM deployment schedules across multiple VA facilities.
• Track milestones, risks, decisions, and actions.
• Clarify ownership, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders.
• Participate in technical and operational discussions and escalate when needed.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings.
• Support readiness, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
• Work within VA processes, federal requirements, and HTM practices.
