The role requires strong project management, HTM knowledge, and VA enterprise experience. You will lead the full project lifecycle, coordinating clinical, technical, and administrative teams, ensuring compliance with VA and federal regulations, and aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field or CCE certification.
• PMP certification and 5+ years healthcare HTM experience.
• Experience with VA/DoD contracts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple HTM projects within the VA healthcare system.
• Coordinate across clinical, technical and administrative teams.
• Manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications across leadership and staff.
• Prepare reports and presentations for wide stakeholder audiences.
• Leverage CMMS tools to inform project planning and tracking.
• Explore LLM tools to support documentation and workflow.
