Job summary

Blue Water Thinking is seeking an Interoperability Project Manager to support the VA FEHRM program. You will coordinate HTM interface workstreams across multiple VA medical centers, collaborating with national, regional, and site-level teams, Oracle Health, vendors, and program offices.

Candidates should have recent experience with healthcare interfaces, HTM operations, or healthcare deployment, and strong project coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with healthcare interfaces, medical device integration, HTM operations, or healthcare deployment.
• Ability to coordinate projects across technical, clinical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to follow technical discussions and communicate issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interface planning, schedules, dependencies, testing, and deployment milestones across multiple sites.
• Participate in interface/workflow discussions with Oracle Health and facility teams.
• Document decisions, risks, actions, and owners through resolution.
• Translate discussions into status reports and leadership briefings.
• Support interface work through planning, testing, deployment, and postdeployment.
