Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical project management, healthcare IT, interoperability solutions, or related areas
• At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale technical projects or programs
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, technical implementations, and operational sustainment activities
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable to your position
• Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal responsibility in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report security concerns within the scope of the role
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Responsabilidades

• Establishing and managing contractual and Performance Work Statement (PWS) compliance strategies
• Monitoring project deliverables, risks, timelines, and operational commitments
• Leading complex, large-scale technical implementations and sustainment initiatives
• Partnering across business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and issue resolution
• Gathering and managing business and technical requirements for multiple concurrent initiatives
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, technical documentation, and status communications
• Managing project interdependencies, escalations, and risk mitigation strategies
• Providing leadership and direction to technical operations or application support teams
• Ensuring timely communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements
