Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager for Fulfillment Managed Services. This remote-friendly role focuses on landing new logos for Sample Management, chemical/specialty warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment while cross-selling Odyssey's broader transportation portfolio.

You will lead consultative engagements, design tailored FMS solutions, and manage the full sales cycle, reporting to the SVP, Global Sales and Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven success selling fulfillment services, across new logos and accounts.
• Strong Hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel; skilled in financial modeling and ROI-based proposals.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: achieve net revenue goals through new logo acquisition across FMS offerings.
• Consultative Selling & Solution Design: craft tailored FMS solutions and manage the full sales cycle.
• Relationship & Cross-Functional Partnership: build relationships with economic buyers and cross-sell broader transport portfolio.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, forecast, and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Demonstrate urgency and ownership to progress opportunities and resolve client issues.
