Job summary

Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative for its High School Exchange Program. This flexible, entry-level role offers remote work and part-time scheduling to help connect international students with host families and support successful exchanges.

You will recruit host families, coordinate with local schools, guide families through the application process, conduct check-ins, and document progress to ensure positive student experiences across the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Willing to travel for local visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools to raise awareness of student exchange opportunities.
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities.
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website.
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references to ensure suitability.
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival to set expectations and provide program guidance.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits.
• Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system.
