Job summary

Dr. Bronner’s is seeking an International Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead growth across global marketplaces. This remote role with travel to Vista, CA headquarters offers ownership of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to boost revenue, optimize listings, and enhance customer experience.

You will manage international marketplaces, work with agencies, and coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and launch successful promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• 2 years managing international Amazon marketplaces.
• Proven track record growing Amazon marketplace revenue and managing external agencies.
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central operations, catalog management, and international expansion.
• Proficiency with Helium 10 and Sellerboard.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow international Amazon business across global marketplaces.
• Lead performance and growth of international marketplaces.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, improve conversion, and customer loyalty.
• Track revenue, profitability, advertising, inventory health, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure product availability.
• Launch marketplace promotions and work with agency partners.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Content, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
