Job summary

Shiptlr is seeking an Air Specialist to coordinate international air shipments and manage documentation from a remote location. You will liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires three years of logistics experience, knowledge of air export/import procedures, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with international air shipments including export/import documentation.
• Ability to process air export HAWB/MAWB and ensure customs compliance.
• Knowledge of global freight forwarding and Incoterms.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air shipments with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Prepare and process shipment documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide timely information and quotes for shipments.
• Update client profiles and SOPs; support KPI targets.
• Liaise with overseas agents and carriers to move freight efficiently.
• Generate shipment reports and handle ad hoc projects.
