Qualifications

• 2+ years of Air Import (Freight forwarding) experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Track ETAs, nominate masters, arrange transfers from airport to warehouses and ensure documentation is prepared.
• Freight Transfers: Manage import process for smaller accounts and shipments, coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.
• Dispatching: Oversee dispatch of goods from warehouses to final destinations with internal teams and third parties.
• Customer Service: Communicate shipment status to customers and resolve issues to minimize impact on satisfaction.
• Billing: Prepare and process invoices for air import shipments and ensure accuracy for month-end closures.
