This role emphasizes strategic execution, stakeholder collaboration, and staff leadership, with remote work available across the United States and occasional onsite travel up to 10%.

The position demands 5+ years of project leadership and at least 2 years of people leadership, with preferred experience in managed care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in leading projects and initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience in leading people.
• Preferred experience in managed care.

Responsabilidades

• Supports execution of the strategic plan and key processes.
• Develops and implements key Operations/Administration projects.
• Directs complex Operations projects requiring innovative approaches.
• Works with Operations leadership to implement action plans for improvements.
• Provides project oversight to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Engages associates, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Coaches and manages the team and direct reports.
• Manages associate performance with clear expectations and development recommendations.
• Manages processes and projects from inception through lifecycle.
• Leads and develops workflow for business processes.
• Ensures prompt resolution to internal business owner requests.
• Builds cross-functional relationships to drive strategies and issue resolution.
• Leads project workgroups and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversees executive summaries for Senior Management on performance trends.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
