Strive Pharmacy is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to bridge the gap between teams and leadership. You will write, format, and publish internal content to keep employees informed in a clear, human way.

You will produce company newsletters, post updates in Slack, and manage the intranet in Simpplr. You will maintain the content calendar and help track engagement metrics to improve communications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, writing, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications or a writing-heavy role.
• Exceptional written communication with tone, clarity, layout, and copyediting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Familiarity with analytics to report engagement (open rates, page views).

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute newsletters and company announcements, sourcing updates from departments to highlight initiatives and news.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Product, Operations, and more to translate needs into company-wide messages.
• Support intranet implementation by building, formatting, and organizing content pages.
• Format and publish Slack announcements with clean layouts and readability.
• Maintain the central content calendar with the team for consistent messaging.
• Track and report on engagement metrics to inform content strategy.
• Assist with time-sensitive updates and ad-hoc projects as communications scale.
