Job summary

Engineering Economics, Inc. is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead the enterprise-wide communications strategy. You will translate priorities, performance, and strategic goals into clear, compelling communications for teams and leaders, reinforcing the ownership culture.

You will partner with executives to craft announcements, planning, messaging frameworks, and leadership communications while driving change initiatives and measuring impact across EEI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications and change management.
• Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing communication strategies, plans, and executive messaging.
• Strong PM and organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EEI’s enterprise-wide internal communications strategy.
• Translate priorities and performance into clear, team-focused communications.
• Reinforce EEI’s mission, values, and ownership culture across leadership levels.
• Partner with executives to craft leadership announcements and strategic messaging.
• Create toolkits, templates, and coaching resources for leaders.
