You’ll collaborate with HR leaders, manage multiple projects, and ensure communications are clear, authentic and targeted. The role embraces AI-enhanced tools and a culture of experimentation and growth.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writer, editor and storyteller with 3+ years in communications, journalism or related field.
• Able to simplify complex content into concise, engaging messages.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with HR teams and act as trusted adviser.
• Create strategic, audience-focused communications plans.
• Develop content across intranet, emails, videos, talking points and social channels.
• Help leaders communicate clearly and authentically.
• Find stories that showcase culture and TransUnion as a great place to work.
• Use feedback and data to improve reach and effectiveness.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to automate tasks and support strategy.
