Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation seeks a Sales Manager - Intermodal to lead strategic sales growth, acquire new clients, and nurture existing relationships in the intermodal space. You will develop and execute sales plans, drive revenue, and collaborate across functions to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in intermodal sales with a proven quota track record, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a solid grasp of supply chain services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in intermodal sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics services.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth, with a focus on acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the intermodal space and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable business deals and collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management; adjust strategies based on data and market feedback.
• Work with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and align sales activities with company goals.
