Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership of a high-volume AP operation.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience managing an Accounts Payable team with multiple direct reports.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience required.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, internal controls, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Ability to drive process improvements and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and communication across functions.
• Commitment to a full three-month engagement.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily AP operations across a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Manage and mentor a team of five AP professionals.
• Ensure invoices and vendor payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Lead month-end close activities including reconciliations and accruals.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and operations to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain internal controls and AP policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and processing efficiency.
• Support Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives and optimize system usage.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Contribute to additional accounting projects as needed.
