Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to support their team during a critical ERP system implementation. This hybrid role involves managing high-volume invoice processing, and requires strong AP and Excel skills. Ideal candidates will have AP Manager-level experience and thrive in fast-paced environments.

The project is expected to last 4-8 weeks, starting ASAP, and offers flexibility in scheduling. Candidates must be comfortable with in-person interviews.

Qualifications

• Must be able to hit the ground running in an AP role.
• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing.
• Ability to manage large Excel uploads with high line volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Post invoices to the GL within the current system (Lawson).
• Support AP operations to ensure continuity during ERP implementation.
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies effectively.
