Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking a Manager, Interconnection Projects & Grid Infrastructure Delivery to own the delivery of interconnection engineering, SCADA and telemetry systems, and grid infrastructure for Antora’s thermal energy storage projects across multiple RTOs/ISOs.

This is a hands‑on role: the person in this seat will write/validate the statements of work, hold the budget, set the schedule, and hold consultants, Owner’s Engineers and EPC firms to deliverables that are technically defensible.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing capital energy or electric infrastructure projects with vendor scope, budgets and schedules.
• Experience designing interconnection configurations and coordinating with utilities.
• Identify gaps in one-line diagrams, protection schemes, and interface documents.
• Utility-scale generator experience with SCADA/telemetry/protection and substation automation.
• Knowledge of interconnection studies and GIA/LGIA obligations; cost and construction focus.
• Strong technical writing and ability to manage concurrent projects across geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own interconnection engineering and infrastructure delivery across multiple regions.
• Write SOWs, manage vendors, budgets, schedules, and change control.
• Contract SCADA/telemetry engineering and align testing with RTO requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate risk and milestones to leadership.
