Qualifications

• 7+ years in renewable energy interconnection with utilities/ISOs/RTOs.
• Deep familiarity with distribution and/or transmission interconnection processes across multiple territories.
• Strong ability to read power flow studies, diagrams, and upgrade scope outputs.
• Experience managing multiple interconnection projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Drive grid interconnection strategy across markets, including queue timing and study processes.
• Manage the full interconnection lifecycle from application to energization.
• Monitor tariffs and state rules; translate developments into action for the development team.
• Identify interference risks early and flag cost exposure and barriers.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of queue status, milestones, deposits, and cost estimates.
