Antora Energy is hiring a Manager, Interconnection Projects & Grid Infrastructure Delivery. You will own delivery of interconnection engineering, SCADA and telemetry, and grid infrastructure for thermal energy storage projects across multiple RTOs/ISOs.

This hands-on role involves driving budgets, schedules, and deliverables with consultants, Owner’s Engineers, and EPC firms. The ideal candidate has strong program management discipline, scope definition, cost control, and engineering fluency to

Qualifications

• Experience delivering interconnection studies, substation/POI configurations, and protection schemes.
• Ability to manage multiple EPC vendors and Owner’s Engineers with budget/schedule control.
• Proficiency in interpreting one-line diagrams, interface control documents, and architecture diagrams.
• Strong written communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own interconnection engineering and grid infrastructure delivery across portfolio.
• Write SOWs, evaluate bids, manage contracts, and control budgets.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with engineering, development, legal, and finance teams.
• Ensure delivery aligns with RTO/ISO requirements and project commitments.
