somewhere is seeking a Senior Operations Manager & Integrator to partner with the CEO/Co-Founders. You will ensure every client engagement runs smoothly from contract through deliverables in a high-touch fractional HR model.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, AI-driven workflows, and a weekly operating cadence, with executive support to optimize operations and profitability. Remote, full-time contractor aligned to US EST.

Formación

• 4+ years in senior operations, PM or client delivery leadership in professional services.
• Understanding of how a services firm operates (billable hours, retainers).
• Tech-curious with AI, automation, and software integration focus.
• Detail-oriented with strong data integrity across systems.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and accountability for deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client journey from contract to deliverables, including scoping and milestones.
• Lead weekly operating cadence and ensure timely action item completion.
• Drive AI-enabled workflow optimization across CRM, PM and invoicing platforms.
• Provide near-term executive support to the CEO, incl. calendar and travel coordination.
