Job summary

Ashby is seeking an Integrations Lead, Partnerships to own the inbound integration lifecycle and partner relationships across marketing, product, engineering, and sales. This remote-US role drives technical liaison work, collaborates with Enterprise Sales and Customer Success, and shapes integrations for current and future Ashby products.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound integration lifecycle
• Own inbound integration requests from qualification through launch and ongoing maintenance
• Guide partners through NDA, sandbox, API docs, onboarding, testing, and launch
• Set clear expectations and close loops when not a fit or priority
• Coordinate integration reviews and launch readiness with partners and Product
• Translate partner and customer needs into clear requirements and next steps
• Help partners navigate API concepts (authentication, endpoints, webhooks, data mapping)
• Own how integration knowledge reaches Sales, CS, and Support
• Manage external integrations and partnerships
• Maintain external integration directory and partner-facing resources
• Work with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Product on partner opportunities
• Represent Ashby externally in partner discovery, scoping, and roadmap conversations
• Improve operational foundations for scale and keep systems current with partner context and demand
• Automate high-frequency, low-variance work while preserving human judgment
• Collaborate with knowledge base team to keep integration documentation up-to-date
