Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers across the Americas. You will manage roughly 15 active engagements, each lasting 4–8 weeks, and partner with customers to develop and execute implementation plans that deliver rapid value and a great experience.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations, travel <10% for customer

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in B2B SaaS environments.
• Willing to travel <10% for customer engagements.
• Experience with complex multi-module SaaS systems and analytics.
• Deep customer-centric approach and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for Mid-Market and smaller enterprise customers.
• Hold ~15 active implementations concurrently, each 4–8 weeks, and develop execution plans with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positive customer experience and expeditious value realization.
