Ashby is an HR tech company that builds recruiting software and an integration ecosystem for hiring tools. You will own the inbound integration lifecycle from qualification through launch, balancing customer value, product fit, and technical feasibility.

You will act as the technical and commercial liaison across partners, Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, translating messy conversations into crisp requirements and driving orchestration with APIs, webhooks, and data

Qualifications

• Experience at the intersection of partnerships, product, technology, and customers.
• Technically fluent in APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data flows.
• Able to translate messy conversations into crisp requirements.
