Job summary

FirstCall Group seeks an Integration Project Manager to lead the year‑1 transition for new acquisitions into the national network. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with acquired leadership, the Regional VP, and the Head of Integration to ensure smooth onboarding and value realization.

You will design repeatable playbooks, guide back‑office integration, and track KPI metrics while managing cross‑functional teams and maintaining a clear strategic focus during the integration journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes and deadlines.
• Experience in mechanical services, M&A and/or integration preferred.
• Comfortable with P&L structure and strong business acumen.
• Knowledge of project management practices, systems, and software.
• Familiar with stage gate operating models.
• Ability to brief senior leadership concisely and drive decisions.
• Willingness to travel and spend substantial time on-site at acquired locations in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own the year 1 integration lifecycle from pre-close to Month 12 closeout.
• Design the integration playbook by translating diligence into the project plan.
• Stabilize back‑office functions across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, insurance, fleet, and IT.
• Build strategy with leadership to set 3‑year goals and commercial handoffs.
• Plan days 100–365 focusing on culture, value creation, and activation.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risks to preserve deal value.
• Lead formal closeout and transition ownership after 12 months.
