Job summary

FirstCall Group is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead the year-one transition for new acquisitions and ensure a successful integration into the national network.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from pre-close planning to year-one close, translating diligence into a concrete playbook and coordinating with acquired leadership and the Head of Integration. Expect substantial travel across acquired locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives (HR, Finance, IT, Ops).
• Experience in mechanical services or M&A integrations preferred.
• Comfortable with P&L structure and KPIs.
• Familiarity with stage-gate operating models.
• Ability to brief senior leadership concisely and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the year-1 integration lifecycle for new partners.
• Translate diligence findings into the integration project plan.
• Design and implement the playbook for repeatable integrations.
• Coordinate back-office integration across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, and IT.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure post-close value delivery.
• Lead cultural and operational alignment across locations.
• Close the integration project at Month 12 with documented learnings.
