FirstCall Group is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead the year 1 transition for new acquisitions within our national HVAC/mechanical services platform. You will work closely with acquired leaders, regional VPs, and the Head of Integration to execute a scalable playbook.

You will own pre-close planning, administrative and cultural integration, and the Month 12 close, traveling extensively to on-site locations across the U.S. while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning HR, Finance, IT, and Operations with measurable outcomes and deadline compliance.
• Mechanical services industry, M&A and/or integration experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Own the year 1 lifecycle for integrations from pre-close planning through Month 12 close.
• Translate diligence findings into a repeatable integration playbook.
• Stabilize back-office functions across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, insurance, fleet, and IT in the first 100 days.
• Benchmark 3-year goals, perform SWOT analysis, and plan commercial handoffs.
• Manage days 100-365 for culture integration and value-creation initiatives.
• Track KPIs to ensure continuity of deal value and risk mitigation.
