Job summary

FirstCall Group is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead the year‑1 transition for newly acquired partners. You will work closely with founders, regional leadership, and the Head of Integration to ensure a smooth integration and rapid value realization.

You’ll own the end-to-end integration lifecycle, shaping the playbook, driving back-office uploads, and aligning cross‑functional teams across payroll, IT, finance and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning HR, finance, IT and operations.
• Comfortable briefing senior leadership with concise documents and decisions.
• Proven ability to manage complex integrations with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to travel and spend substantial time on-site at acquired locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the year 1 lifecycle for new partners from pre-close planning to month 12 close.
• Translate due-diligence findings into an actionable integration plan.
• Lead back-office integrations across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, insurance, fleet and IT.
• Benchmark 3-year goals, perform SWOT analyses, and plan commercial handoffs.
• Develop a day-100 to day-365 plan balancing process discipline with business needs.
• Monitor KPI retention across technicians, leaders and customers and address risks.
