The position requires 3 years of project management experience, including large integrations, plus 1 year of healthcare experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years of project management experience, including medium to large integrations or business transformation.
• One (1) year of healthcare experience in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Proven change management experience guiding teams and organizations through adoption of new processes or systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads integration and value realization workstreams, develops timelines, tracks progress and escalates risks.
• Builds relationships with leaders across Risant Health, KP, and affiliated organizations to align efforts and resolve blockers.
• Supports initiatives tied to synergies and commitments, ensuring milestones are met as chartered.
• Prepares updates, facilitates meetings, and ensures clear communication across teams and partners.
