LEAD North, LLC is a 100% remote Healthcare IT project management firm seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from inception to delivery. The role focuses on provider, payer, and HIE projects, with strong emphasis on interoperability and clinical/financial workflows.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience with InterSystems platforms and healthcare integration standards, plus exceptional communication with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading technical projects in a consulting or enterprise setting.
• Proven experience delivering Healthcare IT projects for provider, payer, or HIE organizations.
• Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA interoperability standards.
• Prior InterSystems platform project experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent client-facing communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans with milestones and risks.
• Drive scope and schedule management within budget, handle changes and dependencies.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal teams; lead status meetings and partnerships.
• Translate business/clinical requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Guide implementation and migration tasks on InterSystems platforms.
