Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in PM/BA roles.

• Ability to translate policies into requirements.
• Experience partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate healthcare workflows into functional/technical specs.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and status reports.
• Lead interoperability and data integration initiatives across systems.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and governance sessions.
• Serve as liaison between business users and delivery teams.
• Drive dependencies, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Support process improvement and digital transformation.
