Job summary

Risant Health, a nonprofit affiliated with Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, seeks an Integration Project Manager to lead multi-organization integrations and ensure value realization across Risant Health, KP, and partner systems. You will manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive strategic execution of integration workstreams.

The role is remote with occasional travel, offering a base salary of $132,480–$165,600 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Operations or related field (flexible).
• Three (3) years of project management experience in large integrations and/or business transformation.
• One (1) year of healthcare experience in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Proven change management expertise aligning stakeholders and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads integration and value realization workstreams, develops timelines, tracks progress, and escalates risks.
• Builds relationships with leaders across Risant Health and partner organizations to align efforts and resolve blockers.
• Supports initiatives tied to synergies and agreement commitments to achieve milestones.
• Prepares updates, facilitates meetings, and communicates across teams and audiences.
