Job summary

FIRSTCALL MECHANICAL GROUP LLC is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead the year-one integration for new partners. You will collaborate with acquired leadership, regional VP, and the Head of Integration to implement a repeatable playbook.

You will drive pre-close planning, cultural integration, and operating transition while monitoring KPIs and ensuring a smooth closeout at Month 12. This role involves significant travel across acquired sites in the U.S. and flexible/home-based work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple functions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in mechanical services, M&A and/or integration is preferred.
• Comfortable with P&L structure, strong business acumen, and standard KPIs.
• Experience with project management practices, systems, and software applications.
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time on-site at acquired locations across the U.S., especially in the first 100 days.

Responsibilities

• Own the year 1 integration lifecycle for new partners from pre-close planning to close.
• Design and translate diligence findings into a repeatable integration project plan.
• Stabilize back-office functions across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, insurance, fleet and IT within 100 days.
• Benchmark 3-year goals with operations leadership and plan handoffs to commercial teams.
• Coordinate organizational alignment under the Head of Integration and ensure timely communications.
