Job summary

FirstCall Group is seeking an Integration Project Manager to guide new partner integrations into the national network. You will lead the year 1 plan, aligning acquired leadership, the Regional VP, and the Head of Integration to ensure a successful transition and seamless operation.

The role requires deep cross-functional coordination, process design, and on-site involvement at times, with significant travel during initial integration phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations with measurable outcomes.
• Mechanical services industry, M&A and/or integration experience preferred.
• Comfortable with P&L structure, strong business acumen, and standard KPIs.
• Experience with project management practices, systems, and software applications.
• Familiarity with stage gate operating models.
• Ability to brief senior leadership concisely, write documents that drive decisions, and hold owners accountable to commitments.
• Ability to travel and spend substantial time on-site at acquired locations across the U.S., especially in the first 100 days of each integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the year 1 lifecycle for new partners, from pre-close planning to administrative, cultural, operating integration and project close.
• Translate due-diligence findings into the integration project plan that blends our repeatable approach with partner needs.
• Collaborate with functional owners to implement back-office integration across payroll, benefits, finance, safety, insurance, fleet, and IT in first 100 days.
• Benchmark 3-year goals, conduct SWOT analysis, identify hot-button issues, and plan commercial handoffs.
• Plan days 100-365 focusing on cultural integration, value-creation opportunities, and commercial activation.
• Track retention of technicians and leaders, monitor customer retention, and address risks to protect deal value.
• Formally close the integration project at Month 12 and transition ownership with lessons learned.
