Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist based in the United States to drive merchant onboarding, API validation, and production readiness for a fintech/crypto platform.

You'll work with international merchants, debugging REST APIs, reviewing JSON payloads, and using Postman and Grafana to ensure reliable Go-Live experiences. This role emphasizes ownership, rapid problem solving, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ year in L2/L3 technical support or senior support management in fintech/crypto/payments.
• You can read and debug REST APIs and JSON payloads to resolve issues.
• You are proficient with Postman for API validation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding by configuring integrations and payment routing across PSPs and card solutions.
• Manage API access, keys, and production readiness configurations.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues before go-live.
• Analyze transaction incidents using logs, SQL, and monitoring data to find root causes.
• Use Grafana to trace errors across systems and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Isolate bugs to merchant side or platform and provide clear escalations.
• Support final verification and production readiness for merchants prior to launch.
• Communicate findings to international merchants and internal teams clearly.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation throughout troubleshooting.
