Job summary

Jobgether SRL, partnered postings, seeks an Implementation Lead in the United States to own the customer journey from contract to go-live and initial results. You will work closely with mid-market and enterprise brands to translate goals into effective use cases.

As the first dedicated Implementation Lead, you will configure integrations (Shopify, Klaviyo), validate data, coordinate stakeholders, and turn learnings into scalable playbooks for growth. Remote, autonomous, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a customer-facing role onboarding clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing a larger book of mid-market accounts.
• Hands-on Klaviyo flows and segments, with ability to explain performance changes.
• Genuine interest in AI and using tools like Claude or ChatGPT to build solutions.
• Experience creating onboarding documentation and playbooks used by teams.
• Comfort with integrations, data validation, workflows, and system connections.
• Strong communication, consultative mindset, guiding customers and internal stakeholders.
• Growth-stage experience in a high-growth or early-stage environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from sales handoff through go-live.
• Lead customer relationships with founders, retention teams, agencies.
• Configure integrations (Shopify, Klaviyo); validate data quality.
• Develop customer use cases aligned with goals.
• Handle onboarding escalations with Sales and Engineering.
• Ensure effective handoffs to Customer Success with context/docs.
• Build scalable onboarding playbooks, systems, and tools.
• Share knowledge and train future team members.
