Job summary

Siteline is seeking an Integration Support Engineer to drive seamless ERP integrations and resolve complex technical challenges for customers. You will lead the technical implementation for new customers and provide ongoing support, while developing customer-facing documentation and collaborating across teams to enhance integration capabilities.

This role is remote across the US with occasional SF office visits.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation with debugging APIs, data flows and configurations.
• 2-5 years in technical roles such as integrations, implementation or technical support.
• Ability to tackle challenges with minimal supervision and to debug, improve skills.
• Experience creating clear documentation for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for integration-related support, performing root cause analyses and troubleshooting data flows.
• Manage complex migrations and monitor sync issues during transitions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to provide hands-on technical help during implementation, migration, or support.
• Collaborate with Engineering to report bugs with full context and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Build and maintain technical guides, troubleshooting resources, and runbooks for teams.
• Support pre-sales by assisting with technical discovery and answering integration questions.
