Job summary

FloQast is hiring a Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) to unblock customers and guide successful integrations across our cloud platform. You will engage with IT and system admins, resolve complex cases, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize customer environments.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting across ERP, SSO, and other integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT, or a related technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence to assess urgency and deliver empathetic support.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own support cases from customers, prioritizing and delivering clear solutions via email and screen sharing.
• Troubleshoot error messages and issues, identify root causes, and share technical resolutions.
• Perform configuration work to optimize customer environments per platform best practices.
• Handle L1–L3 support across defined solutions with focus on integrations (ERPs, cloud storage, SSO, subledgers, banks).
• Develop SME expertise and contribute to knowledge base with Product and Education teams.
• Use internal tools to retrieve/modify account data and assist customers in their environments.
• Analyze sessions/logs and use API tools to perform deep-dive troubleshooting.
