Job summary

Vividly is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to bridge solution architecture and integration engineering, turning business requirements into scalable technical designs and hands-on integrations with ERP systems and banks.

You will partner with Solution Architecture, Implementation and Engineering to deliver reliable integrations and evolve our integration framework toward repeatable patterns, while supporting customers across the US in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing or developing technical solutions for clients.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs including authentication, requests/responses, pagination and error handling.
• Understanding of relational data models and data transformation.
• Proficiency with JSON, API payloads, field mappings and transformation logic.
• Experience integrating ERPs such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between Vividly and customer ERPs, banks, APIs, and other systems.
• Translate business workflows into scalable integration designs.
• Lead technical discovery around ERP capabilities, APIs, authentication, data availability, system constraints, and integration feasibility.
• Consult with customers on architecture, data flows and integration best practices.
• Define data mappings, transformations, and synchronization cadence for approved workflows.
• Own the technical integration workstream from design to deployment and handoff.
• Create technical documentation and solution blueprints for cross-team understanding.
• Develop deep ERP expertise across NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks and other systems.
• Support live integrations and troubleshoot transaction failures and API changes.
