Job summary

Fullbay, Inc. is seeking an Integration and Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate the integrations that connect Rillet, Salesforce, Masset, Slack, and the Snowflake data warehouse.

You will enable reliable data flow, reduce manual work, and support AI agent access to data across two product platforms. The role emphasizes secure credential management, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, RevOps, and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building integrations or automations between SaaS/business applications.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and modern authentication protocols (OAuth2, API keys).
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse platform (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Fullbay's business applications to enable reliable, automated data flow.
• Build and maintain data pipelines feeding Snowflake data warehouse for reporting and AI agent consumption.
• Identify manual processes and design automations in partnership with business owners.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting for integration jobs to catch failures early.
• Manage API credentials and authentication; track API changes and deprecations.
• Coordinate across legacy and current systems during migration and ensure data integrity.
• Document architecture, data flows, credentials ownership, and runbooks for maintainability.
• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and IT to gather requirements and prioritize work.
