Job summary

Monarch Air Group is seeking an Automation & Integration Developer to join our IT & Data team and build systems powering our charter business. This hands-on role writes production-quality code, creates reliable integrations, and designs automations that improve operations.

You will work across our stack, developing on our CRM platform, connecting internal and external apps, and automating manual processes. Strong problem-solving and clear communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on development experience building integrations or automations.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
• REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent with AI tools and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Build automations to streamline business operations (workflow tools, serverless functions, scheduled jobs).
• Develop within Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, validation rules).
• Identify opportunities to modernize existing systems and execute reliably.
• Own build work end to end from scoping to deployment and maintenance.
• Support the data layer for reporting and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using AI tools.
• Contribute to AI-driven solutions for the business.
