Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I, Integrations and Internal Systems in the United States. The role centers on owning critical internal integrations across ERP and data systems, building a durable MCP layer, and enabling AI agents to interact with business systems.

You will balance operational ownership with durable engineering solutions, applying AI-assisted development while ensuring security and reliability in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building, operating, and maintaining production system integrations.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, ability to design pipelines and debug production issues.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools and agent frameworks.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into concrete solutions and shipped functionality.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating new technologies based on practical merits.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and enhance internal integrations across ERP, WMS, and data platforms.
• Consolidate the integration landscape to reduce complexity and maintenance overhead.
• Migrate flows to better infrastructure as needed for durability and scale.
• Build and expand MCP layer to enable AI agents to interact with real business systems.
• Define authentication, access controls, auditing, and governance for AI agents.
