Job summary

OpenKrill seeks a Demand Management Leader - Integrated Solutions based in the United States. You will lead demand and proposal management for enterprise opportunities, coordinating with commercial, sales, operations, and global supply chain teams to align customer demand with capacity.

This remote role offers influence on large-scale energy infrastructure projects, with responsibilities including S&OP reporting, data visualization for senior leadership, and development of cross-business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
At least eight years in strategic marketing, sales, or commercial operations within power industry.
Experience managing complex opportunities and coordinating proposals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of metrics and costs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Process improvement and standardized workflows experience.
Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
Customer-oriented with ability to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for demand management across business units.
Develop tools to improve visibility into capacity and demand forecasts for power equipment.
Consolidate enterprise-demand data into clear visualizations for senior leadership.
Own S&OP reporting processes and rhythms.
Audit order pipelines and improve data integrity and analytics.
Lead coordination and development of cross-business proposals.
Define and manage proposal scope, schedules, costs, and risks.
Engage customers and lead discussions to address needs.
Partner with commercial excellence teams to optimize demand management and market analysis.
Develop SOPs to improve reporting and workflows.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across regions and functions.
