OpenKrill is seeking a Lead Security Systems Solutions Engineer to own the architecture and technical direction of the client’s security technology ecosystem and to lead the Solutions Engineering team through design, integration, and support.

This full-time, remote role includes approximately 15% regional travel and requires expert hands-on experience with security platforms, cloud analytics, and automation to drive uptime and security across multi-site environments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise physical security systems.
• 3+ years in security systems architecture or technical leadership.
• Genetec Synergis certification (SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-001).
• Hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and supporting physical security technologies.
• Proven project/program management experience with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own system design and integrations across the security tech ecosystem.
• Lead SE team, intake and prioritize projects; ensure on-time delivery.
• Architect integrations between access control, video security, and analytics.
• Design ETL workflows turning security data into business insights.
• Mentor engineers and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
