Job summary

Float Health is hiring an Intake Specialist for a fully remote role in the US. You will manage new patient referrals, coordinate start-of-care visits, and liaise between specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Slack.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate communication and strong organizational skills in a start-up environment. You will handle multiple tasks, ensure timely staffing, and support process improvements while working in PST hours in a 40-hour workweek,

• Experience managing medical scheduling workflows.
• Ability to multitask across multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-of-care visits via Float Health platform and tech tools.
• Match nurses to patients and onboarding of patients.
• Maintain scheduling logistics and respond to rescheduling requests.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via multiple channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visit documentation and task completion.
